About Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

For pre-order items, please refer to the expected delivery date listed on the product detail page. Please note that for pre-order items, the delivery date may be earlier or later than the expected date.

The products you order will be delivered to the address you specified on the delivery information input screen.

Delivery is only available within your area.

We do not deliver to addresses where the product may be forwarded, such as private mailboxes or post office pick-up, or to addresses where the recipient cannot be identified.

Returns Policy

Products purchased from the official sacai online site can be returned to sacai within 14 days of receipt.

However, we recommend that you schedule collection within 7 days of receiving your item to ensure it arrives at our warehouse in time for returns.

When you receive the product, please check it carefully before removing any tags or disposing of any packaging materials.

Returns must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused condition with all original tags attached.

Any other accessories included are considered part of the product and must be returned together.

This also applies to shoe and accessory boxes, which must be returned in perfect condition and free of scratches and scuffs.

Sale items are not eligible for return.

Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund if the returned item does not comply with our return policy.
